Since 2001 I have had a Canon G1 digital camera, which I was quite happy with.
In December 2003 I bought a Minolta Dimage A1, which is an advanced camera that produces good pictures.
Unfortunately, my A1 broke down only 3 weeks after the puchase. It took itbutikken.no 11 weeks (!)
to get it repaired. They never answerd my requests refund freight expenses (as they should by law)
and they used a rather impolite tone in e-mail conversations about the case.
So stay away from this web-shop (also known as itbutikken.dk itbutikken.se, itbutikken.uk, etc.)!
